The company was established in Nov. 1987 and at present, engaged in manufacturing of sturdy, compact, export worthy, reasonably priced, user friendly & reliable packing machines of world class quality.
Range of Packing Machines :
1) “Automatic Form, Fill & Seal (AFFS) Machines”: to pack Dry & Liquids Items.
3) “Two in One” Automatic Form, Fill & Seal (AFFS) Machines”: to pack Dry & Liquids items by the single machine.
4) Electro-Pneumatic & Vertical “Collar Type Automatic Pouch Packing (CTAPP) Machines” to pack maximum 2000gm dry & granular items.
5) “Auger Filler” to fill any quantity (100gm to 1000gm) of dry powdered item in premade empty pouches. This equipment can be fitted & synchronized with packing machine.
6) “Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrap (AHFW) Machines” to pack biscuits, chocolates, scrub-pads, syringes, I.V. Sets, Blood Infusion Sets, Credit Cards, Stick Ice Cream Bars, Soap Units, electrical ballasts, oil filters, hose-pipes, shafts etc.
7) “Automatic High Speed Candy Wrapping (AHSCW) Machines” to individual candies.
8) “Automatic Mineral Water Packing (AMWP) Machines” ( 100 ml to 500ml & 500 ml to 1000 ml) to pack mineral water, country liquor, diluted juices, cold drinks etc.
9) Electro – Pneumatic & Vertical “Automatic Edible Oil Packing (AEOP) Machines” to pack 200ml to 1000ml edible oil.
10) Electro – Pneumatic & Vertical “Automatic Multi Track Pouch Packing (AMTPP) Machines” to pack maximum 30ml liquids or maximum 30g dry items in several parallel pouches.
So far, the machines of ECPPL have been well received in India, Russia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Tanzania, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, U.A.E., Nepal, Yemen, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, U.K. and several other countries. Till the end of January‘2005, the company has sold over 3500 machines.
ECPPL has been exporting the machines every year. More than 1000 machines have been exported till March’2005 to more than 33 countries.
At present, more than 200 types of products or materials are being packed by “E.C.” brand Machines eg. Powdered food & non-food items, granular consumables & chemicals, free flowing liquids (e.g. Mineral Water, Milk, Edible Oil, Cosmetic Oil, Juice, Country Liquor etc.), sticky and hygroscopic powders (eg. Ground spices, Indigo, Besan (Gram Flour), Myrtle (Henna), pharmaceutical powder etc), concentrated liquids (e.g Face cream, Shampoo, tomato sauce, chutneys, liquid concentrate of cold drink etc.), auto parts ( e.g. Oil filters, Hose pipes, shafts etc.), hospital supplies ( e.g. disposable syringes, I.V. Sets, Blood Infusion sets, scrub-pads etc.).
